Poklicno usposabljanje za vodje prodajnih ekip
Na drugem zaporednem poklicnem usposabljanju v Opatiji smo spoznali nove osrednje teme in praktične rešitve za zahtevne naloge. Konec januarja so izkušeni strokovnjaki iz družbe Triglav z nami delili svoje bogato znanje in izkušnje, ki se navezujejo na naslednja področja:
Petar Komlenac: poslovni procesi;
Ivan Hlapčić, Branko Braniša: težavne naloge in reševanje težav pri avtomobilskem zavarovanju; nezgodno zavarovanje;
Darko Bokan, Valter Glavaš: težavne naloge in reševanje težav pri požarnem zavarovanju in zavarovanju vsebine; zavarovanje steklenih površin; zavarovanje proti kraji in zavarovanje v primeru okvare strojev;
Danijela Husinec: novo življenjsko zavarovanje Flex.
 
"Usposabljanje je zelo uporabno zaradi izkušenih predavateljev, ki so naši sodelavci. Praktične izkušnje, težavne naloge z rešitvami in interaktivno učenje so zelo cenjeni. Predavatelji so obenem tudi slušatelji, kar jim omogoča pridobivanje novih znanj in samozaupanja pri prenašanju lastnega znanja v prodajno mrežo. S poklicnim usposabljanjem je treba nadaljevati. Vsi sodelavci, s katerimi sem govoril, mislijo enako in so prav tako zadovoljni s to vrsto izkušnje", je izjavil Jordan Pivac, direktor prodaje v podružnici iz Splita.

"Educational training is highly usefull due to experienced lecturers, our colegues. Practical experience, problem tasks and solutions and interactive learning are of great value. Lecturers are the audience at the same time, which enables them to gain new knowledge and self confidence in transfer of the knowledge to sales network. We should carry on with vocational trainings. All the fellow collegues I talked with share my opinion and satisfaction with this kind of experience", said Jordan Pivac, sales manager in Split branch-office.
