Igor Kušar novi vodja Triglav DZU
Nadzorni svet družbe Triglav DZU je 21. januarja za predsednika uprave imenoval Igorja Kušarja. Mož, ki je bil doslej zadolžen za delovanje Triglava DZU zunaj Slovenije, zlasti na trgih jugovzhodne Evrope, bo petletni mandat nastopil po pridobitvi dovoljenja Agencije za trg vrednostnih papirjev za opravljanje funkcije člana uprave družbe. Kušar bo na vodilnem položaju družbe, ki je ob koncu lanskega leta upravljala s 425 milijoni evrov, s tem se je uvrščala med družbe z največ sredstvi v upravljanju v Sloveniji, zamenjal Tanjo Miklavc Maček, ki ji je mandat potekel 2. februarja. Nadzorniki družbe za upravljanje so za člana uprave za petletno obdobje s 4. februarjem imenovali Sama Javornika, tretji član vodstva ostaja Miloš Čas.
Triglav DZU po novem nadzoruje tudi pooblaščenec uprave Zavarovalnice Triglav Boštjan Vovk, ki še ni dobil licence Agencije za zavarovalni nadzor (AZN). Vovk je v nadzornem svetu zamenjal nekdanjega člana uprave zavarovalnice Tomaža Rotarja, ki so ga pretekli mesec imenovali za člana uprave Pozavarovalnice Triglav. Za prevzem poslov potrebuje le še licenco AZN. Poleg Vovka sta v nadzornem svetu Triglava DZU še član uprave Zavarovalnice Triglav Igor Stebernak in Uroš Ivanc, izvršni direktor zavarovalnice za finance.
V slovenskih medijih je mesec dni potekala korporativna oglaševalska kampanja družbe Triglav DZU, ki je bila pripravljena v sodelovanju z marketinško agencijo Publicis in produkcijsko hišo Propeler. Kreativni direktor je bil Gal Erbežnik, art direktor Petja Montanez, fotograf Tomo Brejc, tekstopiska Urška Klajder, režiser TV oglasa Gregor Vesel, direktor projekta pa Luka Klemenc. Njen osnovni cilj je bil povečati prepoznavnost blagovne znamke Triglav Vzajemni skladi. Skozi glavno sporočilo "Visoki cilji potrebujejo trdnejše temelje" smo želeli sporočiti, da smo ugledna in zaupanja vredna blagovna znamka, ki se ukvarja z investiranjem v vzajemne sklade. Za oglaševanje smo izbrali medijski splet, ki je vključeval televizijo, radio, tiskane oglase, zunanje oglaševanje ter internet.

Omenjena oglaševalska akcija je na 18. slovenskem oglaševalskem festivalu prejela srebrno priznanje za TV oglas, srebrno priznanje za tiskani oglas in oglas za zunanje oglaševanje ter prišla med finaliste za oglas za internet (spletna pasica). "Triglav, družba za upravljanje, z oglaševalsko akcijo duhovito komentira dogajanje na finančnih trgih v zadnjih dveh letih. Pokaže, da so krizo povzročile stvari, ki so izgledale bolje, kot so v resnici. S sloganom "Visoki cilji potrebujejo trdnejše temelje" se predstavlja kot zaupanja vredna družba, ki resno preuči svoje naložbe," so zapisali v zadnji številki strokovne revije Marketing Magazin, kjer so kampanjo uvrstili v rubriko "Izbor meseca".

Triglav DZU je 1. februarja predstavil nov naložbeni paket, ki so ga poimenovali Triglav Pr[a]va naložba. Investicijsko varčevanje z naložbeno politiko po principu življenjskega cikla predstavlja novost na slovenskem trgu. Bistven poudarek naložbenega paketa je na zmanjševanju naložbenega tveganja v času varčevanja. Investicijsko varčevanje je namenjeno vsem, ki imajo v naslednjih desetih letih namen privarčevati dodatna sredstva za pokojnino, otrokovo štipendijo, nepremičnino ali za drug zastavljen cilj. Triglav Pr[a]va naložba je odgovor na pretekle dogodke in odlična naložbena izbira za vse, ki vas zanima dolgoročna investicija, saj vam nudi tudi sistematično, načrtno in aktivno upravljanje z vloženimi sredstvi.

The Supervisory Board of Triglav DZU appointed Igor Kušar as the Chairman of the Management Board on the 21st January. The man that was so far in charge of the Triglav DZU's operation outside Slovenia, especially in the markets of Southeast Europe, shall start his five-year mandate after acquiring the license of the Securities Market Commission for performing the function of the Management Board member. Kušar will replace Tanja Miklavc Maček, whose mandate expired on 2nd February, at the leading position of the company that managed 425 Millions of Euros at the end of the previous year and was therefore ranged among Slovenian companies with the most funds in management. Supervisors of the Management Company have appointed Samo Javornik as the member of the Management Board for the period of five years, which starts on 4th February, while the third member remains Miloš Čas.
Triglav DZU is now also supervised by the authorized person of the Management Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav, Boštjan Vovk, that has not acquired his license from the Agency for Insurance Supervision (AZN) yet. Vovk replaced a former Management Board member, Tomaž Rotar, which was appointed as a Management Board member of the Pozavarovalnica Triglav. He only needs the license, which is issued by AZN, to take over the business operation. Besides Vovk, the Supervisory Board of Triglav DZU is also comprised of a member of the Management Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav, Igor Stebernak, and Uroš Ivanc, the Executive Director of the insurance company for financial area.
Slovenian media featured a month long corporative advertisement campaign, which was launched by company Triglav DZU and was prepared in cooperation with the marketing agency Publicis and production house Propeler. Creative Director was Gal Erbežnik, Art Director was Petja Montanez, Photography was managed by Tomo Brejc, Text writer was Urška Klajder, the Director of the TV ad was Gregor Vesel and the Project Director was Luka Klemenc. Its basic purpose was to increase the recognition of the trademark Triglav Mutual Funds. The main message "High goals demand very solid foundations" was intended to communicate the fact that we represent a reputable and trustworthy trademark, which deals with investments in mutual funds. We chose a media mix that included television, radio, printed advertisments, external advertisment and internet for our advertisment.

The aforementioned advertising action received a silver award at the 18th advertisment festival for TV advertising, a silver award for printed advertisment and the advertisment intended for external advertisment and placed among finalists for the internet advertising (internet banner). "Triglav, Management Company, and its advertising action comments the events on the financial markets in the last two years in a witty manner. It shows the crisis as caused by things that looked better than they really were. The slogan "High goals demand very solid foundations" serves to introduce the company as a trustworthy company that seriously studies its investment moves," was written in the last edition of the professional magazine Marketing Magazin, which placed this the company into their column "Choice of the month".

Triglav DZU introduced a new investment package on the 1st of February, which was named Triglav Pr[a]va naložba (Triglav – first (right) investment). Investment saving with investment politics that is in accordance with the principle of life cycle represents a novelty in Slovenian market. Crucial emphasis of the investment package is in decreased investment risk during the time of saving. Investment saving is intended for all that have the intention of saving additional funds in the following ten years for their pensions, their kids' scholarships, a real-estate property or any other set goal. Triglav Pr[a]va naložba is an answer to past events and an excellent investment choice for all those that are interested in long-term investments because it also offers you a systematic, planned and active management of invested funds.
