Gregor Stražar novi član uprave

Gregor Stražar je pridobil dovoljenje Agencije za zavarovalni nadzor, za katerega je zaprosil novembra lani, in tako tudi uradno postal novi član uprave Pozavarovalnice Triglav Re. Ob Stražarju in predsedniku uprave Gojku Kavčiču se bo vodstvu družbe kmalu pridružil še tretji član vodstva. Nadzorni svet Pozavarovalnice Triglav Re, ki ga vodi Andrej Slapar, je namreč sprejel sklep o imenovanju Tomaža Rotarja za člana uprave te družbe. Nekdanji član uprave Zavarovalnice Triglav bo svoj mandat zasedel, takoj ko bo prejel dovoljenje AZN za opravljanje funkcije člana uprave, v hčerinski družbi Triglava pa bo zadolžen za področje financ.

Gregor Stražar, the new Management Board member

Gregor Stražar acquired the license of the Insurance Supervision Agency, after he submitted his application in November of the last year, and thereby officially became the new member of the Management Board of the Pozavarovalnice Triglav Re. Besides Stražar and the President of the Management Board, Gojko Kavčič, the management of the company shall soon be joined by the third member of the management. The Supervisory Board of Pozavarovalnica Triglav Re, which is headed by Andrej Slapar, namely adopted a conclusion concerning the appointment of Tomaž Rotar as a member of the Management Board of the company in question. The former member of the Management Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav shall begin his mandate as soon as he receives his license from AZN that shall authorize him for functions, which he holds as a member of the Management Board, and he will be in charge of the financial field in the subsidiary company of Triglav.
